Entrance coming from the west is a very tight, narrow, turn unless you can swing into the oncoming traffic lane to make a wide turn. Not a big rig friendly entrance. Short rigs may have no problem. Park itself has 90 degree turns on interior streets with large boulders on the inside of the turns and permanent residents vehicles parked so that you can not swing as wide as you would want to make a comfortable turn. The boulders are situated on the street corners and could be be a real side smasher! Just be very aware. Wi-fi does not reach very far from the clubhouse. We would not stay again because of the chance of coach damage.

Big rig friendly is a bit of a stretch. If you are 60 feet or less you will just fit into the sites. If it was not so tight, they would not have placed large rocks all over the park because people have been forced to drive on the grass to fit into the sites. Over 60' may mean unhooking your toad to fit. Swing room and turns into your site depend on whether one of the permanent park residents has his vehicle parked in your way or not. Narrow interior streets for big rigs. Otherwise a good value. We would stay again.

Park is really quite easy to find. Has a stoplight at the entrance with a turn signal for a protected left turn. Quiet enough for being close to the freeway. Not an especially BIG rig friendly park, but doable if you are given the right site. Outside perimeter roads are a little wider then narrow interior roads. No guide to your site, so you may want to walk it first. Good Wi-Fi.

A few miles off the beaten path, but worth it to us. Large paved area for registration parking and registration clerk was very friendly. Very quiet at night and full hookup, long, wide sites. Wide gravel streets and good swing room in and out. Pool, hot tub, and Wi-Fi. Several miles to any shopping so plan ahead. Water pressure OK, as was the 50 amp power. Verizon signal was OK as was my satellite TV. We will stay again.

This is one of the friendliest and most acommadating parks that we have ever visited. Everything neat, clean and the few rules are very common sense. Wide streets, long pullthroughs, well laid out hookups. Good cel signal and free wi-fi worked very well. Water was also very soft. Nice town with super Walmart close by. We stayed several months.

We have stayed here several times, and were pleased with the park and the management from the very first time. Very nice for big rigs because of the wide swing room and long pull throughs. The owners keep everything very neat and seem to keep on adding more things each year.

We chose to stay in this park because we were planning on a 1 month or longer stay in the area. I needed a long site because of the length of our RV + toad. The lady I talked to when making phone reservations did not quite understand what I was looking for, I knew I would not get a pullthrough on a monthly basis as they are kept for the high $$ overniters. A long discussion about "the rules" but issues were finally cleared up and all was well. The park is all the previous posters have stated. Finding the the park was a challenge, very poor signage. My only big problem was checkin person taking a photocopy of my drivers license and credit card and filing it. I would not have allowed it, had I not had the long dicussion about getting a long term site to start with. Plus there are not a lot of choices in the area. I do not think there are any park "rules" on security for MY info. All things considered, I would stay again.

The park is very well kept and sites are well spaced. Many long pull throughs. Good 50 amp power and excellent water pressure. Very quiet. Park host very helpful as we didn't know how long we were going to stay. They will allow up to 14 days and said we could pay daily,as there is no weekly or monthly rate. $2.00 off daily rate of 18.00 if you have Golden Access card. We would stay again.

As stated previously, owners are very helpful and friendly. Park sits on a shallow water table, so constant replenishment of gravel is being done to keep the sites from becoming rutted. Free Wi-Fi worked very well and was very fast. Good power, water and cell signal. We had a long pull through which I had requested. Road noise and some train noise but I would stay here again.

Off the beaten path and mostly a fisherman's paradise. But the park has a lot of trees and was very well maintained The long pull throughs were very nice. Good 50 amp and great water pressure. Tree branches were the only negative, as some need trimming, so be aware if you have a big rig. Fair Verizon signal and satellite worked on the sites on the perimeter of the park. I would stay here again.

One half mile north of interstate on Highway 16. Freeway is close, but not much noise. Very nice folks at check in. Big pull throughs with lots of turning radius. Good 30 or 50 amp, water and sewer. Good sign directions for the park and cell phone signal was good. Short but steep downhill coming into the park. We would stay here again.

27 E-W sites and 2 full hookups on lake shore. On an excellent fishing lake with many permanents. Very well maintained, neat park with some monster pull thrus with E-W only. Just two full hookup back in sites. Friendly check in and manager lives on site. Very quiet with good access. A little off the beaten path but I would stay here again.

This park must have a big employee turnover, as no one could do anything with out checking with the owner. We were not informed water was not turned on but were charged full price, was not that cold. No one in the office after 5pm. Sites are not real level and road slightly potholed. Sites are large enough for any rig with a good turning radius. There was a good park Wi-Fi signal at our site, which we discovered by accident. Some noise from the adjacent freeway, but acceptable for a short stay.

Nice access with, long, wide sites. Friendly check in, and really big rig friendly. Passport America rate. Pet friendly, unfortunately there is not proper clean up! Watch your step.

We use this park often as an overnight stay. Long, wide sites for big rigs. We got in late and used the handy night sign up. $15.63 for late arrivals one night. Nothing special, but easy in easy out, and the price is right.

Construction in progress . Long site but swing room to get into a site was very limited. It will take some planning with a long rig with a toad. I would not drive out of our way to get there, but we were going right by. Directions to park are very limited. Self register, but owner on site looking out the window.

The park has large sites with good turning radius for backing in. Check-in was OK but park is mostly seasonal winter visitors. Managers were friendly enough but fussy about how far to back into the site. Measured with a tape measure to the inch! There are 3 sister parks adjoining, all owned by the same family, and we were told the general manager of all 4 parks and the fellow she lives with were real jerks. One of their rules, and reason for the tape measure. We were treated very well by the mangers of the park that we stayed in though, and we would stay there again.

On the plus side; Long pull thrus(90 ft) with good turning radius and good spacing between sites. Large area for parking when checking in. Easy access from the freeway without overbearing noise. Price is good for the area, for full hookups. Check in is easy at adjacent Motel. Negatives: Adjacent to a small sewer lagoon with mild lagoon smell. Only 30 amp. Needs some TLC. I would use this park again for an overnite.

We were satisfied with everything in the park. Check in parking area was large, long pull throughs with good turning radius. No park cable or Wi-Fi. We knew this ahead of time, so were not disappointed. Usually a social hour at 4pm every day. Good value and we would use it again.

It is right next to the Interstate highway and really noisy. But traffic noise covered up the sound of constantly barking dogs. Bring an electric cord extension if you have a rear hookup. Sewer and electric are at the front of the sites. There are lots of flies. I will choose another park in the future.

I had called ahead and stated the length of my rig. The owner said it would fit but the swing room to get into the site was not adequate. Low tree branches, large boulders and railroad ties funnel you into very narrow sites.Sites are side by side and slides almost touch. Owner has dogs and kennels and grass was full of dog excrement. Very repugnant. Signage is right in the drive way so it is difficult to see until almost too late to turn in. I would be desperate before staying here again.

Right along highway and easy access, just on the north side of this little community. Honor system collection box in shower/rec. room. Long sites with all hookups, but not really well kept up. It will accommodate any size/length rig. Strictly a reasonable overnight stay. There is a stockyard a half mile from this park that you will smell only if the wind is in the right direction.

Nice little park in a nice little MT community. Very friendly check in; I had called ahead to make sure of site length and was given a choice of sites after arriving. Sites were long enough, but swing room to get into the sites leaves a little to be desired. I have a 5W and nicely graveled streets are just a little narrow. Sites were fairly adequate, but not any extra room between them. Awning just clears your neighbors slideouts. Very nice clubhouse and Wi-Fi worked well. Verizon also worked very well. Very peaceful and quiet. I would stay here again.

In 15 years full time RVng this the first park I have given a 10. Somewhat off the beaten path means quiet. Immaculate grounds, long, level cement sites with hugh cement patios. Wide paved streets and a golf course in front of the sites. To bad I am not a golfer. Staff is as friendly and accommodating as any we have ever encountered. Good Wi-Fi at all times. Nice little community nearby with 2 grocery stores and 20 miles to Spokane. We would drive out of our way to stay here again.

Easy access from freeway. Traffic noise not bad, minimal at night although park is adjacent to interstate. Former mobile home park so the sites are wide and long. Level sites, no trees. Big oil boom in the area but owners make sure some 50 amp, full hookup, pull through sites are available for travelers. Very good wi-fi ,water pressure and elec. We would stay here again.

Long sites, the interior roads are a little too narrow to make the swing into some of the sites. The owners have put posts in the ground where RVs have to swing wide on the grass to enter some sites, rather than widen the road. Railroad noise was somewhat bothersome as the track is right behind the park, and just beyond RR is freeway. Noise was not overbearing, but certainly not quiet. Well maintained park and the length of the sites was importent to us and we would stay again. Verizon cel worked well. Nice folks.

Good wi-fi, fairly level sites. If the park is full, there is not to much room between sites. Long enough sites for almost any rig and fairly quiet at night. We would stay again. (800) 735-5846

Dispersed sites in a fairgrounds located along Highway 20 on the west side of the highway. Cusick does not have much to offer but fairgrounds are located on the south edge of the community. There is a fairgrounds employee on site and entrance is at the North gate right along the highway. Very basic, inexpensive camping, with scattered water hydrants, and no RV dump on site. Some electric pedestals have 30/50 amp, and some 20 amp. only. Price is right and room for big rigs, but walking around to choose a site first would be a good idea, after entering the Fairgrounds. There are some nice shaded sites also.

OK for short stay, very quiet at night. Laid back folks operating the park. Some long gravel pull throughs and shade. Fairly level sites with easy access off the freeway. About a 1/4 mi from freeway so noise was hardly noticeable. Very good water and owner allowed washing.

Nice park in a little valley. Some train and highway noise but not overwhelming. Easy access but bit of a hill entering and exiting the park. Room for big rigs and shaded sites. Nice folks run the place. We would stay again as price was right.

Long, level sites, trees could really use some branch trimming!! They offer lots of shade but overhang the sites and can scratch larger rigs. Wi-Fi left something to be desired as to speed. Folks seemed friendly at front desk. Not to much noise at nite but there is some hiway noise and distant train noise. Good 50 amp. and water pressure. Some turns in the park a little tight for large rigs ,but doable by going slow and swinging wide. Deep water channels in park driveways means you must go slow anyway.

Nice owners, gravel sites and pads and not a lot of room between sites. 50 amp was marginal, good water pressure and neighbor said Wi-Fi was good. Could use a little maintenance on interior roads. The owner said he could park any size rig when I called him ahead of time. True, if you don,t mind hanging out into the street! Close to the freeway, but a/c drowned out noise. Also made for easy on/off freeway. We would consider staying on an overnight basis again.

Friendly folks own and manage the park. Built on a slight hill so leveling needed on most sites. Wi-Fi OK and good access to sites for large rigs. Lots of shade and no noise at night. A few sites, for some reason, have large boulders on the site corners. Just the right hight to bend the side of RV or back into with a toad. Only discount is Good Sam or we would have given a higher rating. 1/2 mile to a nice well stocked little grocery store. We would stay here again.

An overpriced KOA, but choices were very limited, and our length precluded staying in other park. Smoky campfires, not maintained per the price charged. Long sites most of them fairly level. There was a branch that would have hit my rig and I had to back in my site at an angle. Told one of the workers driving around in a golf cart. Got a vacant smile, nod of the head in agreement and a Si, and it was still there 5 days later. Not real competent folks at the checkin. I paid in full for my stay when checking in, she wanted to charge me extra $54.00. I asked why? She said it was a deposit in case I left without paying. duh. I had just prepaid my bill. I did not find anyone extra friendly, they just seem to tolerate paying customers. I would not stay here again.

Large pull thrus, will handle the longest rigs. Friendly family owners. Not fancy and some older junky rigs mixed in, but quiet, and walking distance to some historical sites adjacent. $28 and change w/ Escapees 15% discount for overnight. We would stay again.

Park has long pull thrus, site we had was over 80 ft. Park is on the side of a slight hill,we needed leveling blocks. No sewer hookups on many sites and only 30 amp. Road coming into park had some very tight turns, smaller rigs, no problem. Well maintained, but very close spaces. Slide outs would almost touch your neighbors. New owners have never RVd. Wanted to put me in a site that would have required 75 ft ext cord. Close to water, mosquitoes were very thick! We would stay again on an overnight basis.

Big holes full of water in park driveway because of recent rain. Very nice lady did check in but park owners are not doing any maintenance at all. One whole row does not have functioning water. They advertise 50 amp but do not put any one in those spots. Maybe by paying extra? Park was OK for our purpose as we were going right by the park anyway and it was late afternoon. Sites were a little narrow but 60 ft. pull thrus and quiet at night.

This park has a a number of long, level pullthrus. Good access from the freeway, and some traffic noise, but not as bad as we thought it would be. Friendly owner not always there. Sign in office said to pick a spot and he would be around later. Good wi-fi. Small rural town with friendly folks. I thought price was a good value. We would stay here again.

We needed a park with long pull thrus, and this park has several. A well kept park and access is fairly good. Downside, not the friendliest folks operating it, or we hit them on a bad day. The worst part, is that the long pull thru sites are right by railroad tracks, with a frequent trains day and nite and there is also a crossing nearby. If it is late,or a long pull thru is a must, then this park is for you. We will most likely not stay here again. A PP America park so the rate is reasonable.

Has a few long pull-thrus and the check in was friendly. Sites are not to level, but fairly wide and spacing seemed good. There is some noise from nearby freeway but was not as bad as we had feared considering how close it is. Access was very easy from freeway.

A very clean and well maintained park.Access is a little far from the freeway. Large, long pull thrus. Water was not turned on when we stopped, but we were still charged the full price or we would have rated it a little higher.

The longest pull thrus are right by interstate hiway, and traffic noise is an issue. Park has very easy access and is pretty well maintained. If not for traffic noise we would have given a higher rating.

Very wide gravel streets and long sites for big rig parking. Cable TV hookup was not working and lots of trees gave problems for my satellite dish hookup. Owner seems to really try to operate a quality park. There are no potholes, and everything is very neat. Really easy on and off interstate.

rating [ 7/10 ]
The park itself is very nice with good access from the freeway and large, long sites for big rig parking. The big negative is that it is close to a feed lot or dairy, and the smell is very strong with a north breeze. That is the only reason we could not give a higher rating.

Most of the sites have park models/mobile homes but there are some RV sites. We have stayed here several times before and after the prime winter season and did not need reservations. It is a very nice, well kept and secure park. There are several big rig sites.

We have used this park for overnight several times. 10 miles south of Searchlite, NV on highway 95. Just a store, casino and RV park. The access is easy with big rig sites and good 50 amp power. Not fancy but OK for an overnight @ $18 cash only.

New super sites for long/wide rigs. Good access for 90 ft pull thrus. Some Hi-way noise and train traffic but not real severe. Friendly manager and 4 blocks to Super Wal-mart. Wide paved streets, crushed gravel sites with nicely trimmed grass between all sites.

A little known,Traill County Park, on the Red River between ND and MN. 4 mi. West of Climax MN on SR 220 and 1 mi. North on gravel road. About 6 mi East of Buxton ND and 1 mi North on gravel. A very well maintained Co. park, very under used. 30 Amp.power in dispersed grassy sites under big oak trees. 1 hydrant for water fill,no RV dump. Peaceful ,quiet, and fish for catfish in Red River from shore. Somewhat rustic and out of the way,but for $5.00 day we stayed 10 days. Self registration and very friendly employee who mows and checks on the park.

We called 2 hrs ahead of arriving and asked if a big rig pull thru site might be available. We were assured there was. On arriving there was a little difficulty finding the park (signage and cell phone direction mix up) and the folks came out to the street to make sure we did not miss the turn second time around. Our pull thru was 80 ft. long, paved, and easy in easy out. Good free wi-fi, free cable,50 amp.,and easy access to I5. We would stay here again.
